Timeshift allows the Gentech member to bend the flows of temporal

energy about them. When this occurs, you move rapidly back and forth

across the space/time continuum. Observers in the same location

will notice your physical incarnation appears to phase in

and out of existance, while you will notice that you can perform

actions more quickly. This experiment has three phases.

Each successive phase makes the displacement from normal temporal

flows more disjunct, yielding higher effective movement rates.

NOTE: Once invoked, timeshifting can not end until the effect naturally

wears out because of the intricate nature of the flow bending. Aborting

early can cause ripples in the temporal fabric, destroying the

very core of reality itself.
