The most integral part of being within the ranks of the Gentech is being

able to complete experiments successfully. Once an experiment for Research

is successfully completed you will complete future experiments as

though having five additional ranks of experience.

This is due to an implantation of small circuits within your body which

allow a greater affinity for the experiment cylinders, but also a slight

reorganization of your neural pathways, giving you a greater knowledge of

the inner workings of the Gentech Experiments.
