The PowerCell experiment allows a Gentech to expand the capabilities of

their lower arm casing. Specifically it increases the power conversion

rating and upgrades the power coupling within the casing, giving a more

optimal Power Unit storage. The completion of the initial experiment

will allow your Power Unit storage to be fused in with your cellular

energy converter within your main Power Unit containment. This allows a

slow regeneration of Stored Power Units. This experiment has ten

phases, the phase level attained through experimentation determines

both the rate of SPU regeneration as well as the maximum amount of

SPU which can be restored.
