can raise a field of very pure energy around your body, which blocks

out the distractions of your current environment long enough for you

to commune with the inner workings of your mind and regain lost

mental energies in the form of Spell Points. Due to the high amount

of concentration that this power takes, it may normally only be activated

outside of combat. The Meditation Field experiment has ten phases.

Each phases gives greater mental control and thus the ability to

replenish more of your mental energy.
