The Ionlink experiment is one of the most important complementary

combat experiments available. Completion of the experiment allows

the HQ Ionbeam to be targeted instantly, eliminating the combat

delay encountered at low levels.

Once the Ionlink experiment is completed, Ionlink functioning is

added to the Lower Arm Casing and all Ionbeams automatically use

the Ionlink facilities. No user command is necessary to activate.
