Research: Illuminate (Phase 1)

Through the use of the Illuminate experiment, Gentech members can

force the cells of their skin to phosphorize, emitting a pale

green light. This illumination is very draining on the internal

energy reserves of the cells and should only be used in times of

extreme emergency to avoid mitochondrial breakdown.

The Illuminate experiment has only a single phase, corresponding

to the ability to perform the skill.
